Key Series (“Key Series” or “We”) is a hi-fi portable audio company registered in the state of Washington and headquartered in Denver, CO. We are engaged in the business of designing, manufacturing and distributing audio products under the Key Series brand, as well as being the distribution partner for the Key Series brand name in the United States and Canada. This privacy policy outlines the information collected by Key Series from the consumer (“Consumer”, “User”, “You” or “Your”) via our website, joining our newsletter, purchasing product or any activity engaging with our company (collectively “Services”) and consists of the following:

Online Orders

We request information from you on our order form to fulfill orders. This information consists of, but is not limited to, your name, email, shipping address, and financial payment information (credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. We use this information to contact you if we have trouble processing an order. The credit card information is sent to the merchant processor and is not stored on Key Series’ servers. The other billing information is stored for order fulfillment. We share certain order information with shipping companies to fulfill orders (FedEx tracking numbers). We also share certain order information with fraud detection companies to reduce fraudulent credit card transactions, as needed. NOTE: Key Series uses a third-party payment processing provider to handle all credit card transactions.
