Order Cancellation

Key Series accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 

12 Months Warranty

Key Series warrants this product to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal conditions for a period of 12 Months parts and labor, and 1-year for parts only from date of original purchase.

Key Series agrees at our option during the warranty period, to repair any defect in material or workmanship or to furnish an equal product in exchange without repair charges, during the first 12 months. After 12 months, a flat labor rate may be required and payment sent along with product. 

Please following directions for return of product:

  1. Pack the unit in a well-padded sturdy carton if you do not have original packaging
  2. Enclose a copy of your sales receipt to validate the date of purchase
  3. Key Series will elect to repair or replace the product free of repair charges during the first 12 months. After 12 months, a payment for labor may need to be sent with the product. Email support@keyseries.com


45 Days Return Guarantee

We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 45 days after the receipt of the product. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

Warranty Exemptions and Notes

1. If the customer has damaged/misused the item(s), the product's warranty is immediately rendered void. No compensation is available in such cases. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase a replacement or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them.
2. The customer voids the warranty if they :
   >> Flash the firmware of a device or root a device
   >> Open the body in an attempt to fix the device
   >> Modify, remove, customize, or swap parts of the product
   >> Use the device in a way that it is not originally intended for
   >> Continue to use the item once a fault occurs and causes more damage
3. All returns must first be authorized by Key Series' Support Team prior to return. Please kindly contact us before return items. For incomplete warranty requests, Key Series reserves the right to refuse any compensation. If the customer has returned the package without prior authorization ,sends to the wrong address, returns an incorrect item, or submits an empty package, then again Key Series  reserves the right to refuse any compensation.
4. All returns will be inspected by our technical team upon arrival. If the returned item cannot be repaired, Key Series  will offer an alternative solution.


Refunds Procedure

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
    >> PayPal refunds may take up to 48 hours to process and appear in your account.
    >> Credit card refunds will take between 1-3 business days to appear in your account. This delay depends entirely on your credit card company and any intermediaries.


Late Or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@keyseries.com.
